Editorial Policy
1) Peer Review Process
CIJ follows a double-blind peer review process. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent expert reviewers. The editorial board makes the final decision based on reviewers’ recommendations.

- Assignment to two independent reviewers
- Reviewer recommendations
- Final editorial decision
- Average review time: 6–8 weeks
3) Open Access Policy
CIJ is an open-access journal. All published articles are freely available to readers without subscription or access fees.
4) Originality and Plagiarism
All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with significant similarity or ethical concerns will be rejected.
5) Article Types

6) Conflict of Interest
Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that may influence their work.
7) Corrections and Retractions
